Help logging in

Your username is a unique number that was sent to you during registration and usually begins with ‘1’. If you’ve forgotten your username you can request a reminder email or you can reset your password yourself online by using the ‘Forgotten your login details?’ on the left just below your login.

We no longer ask for your PIN

Removing the need for your PIN was a carefully considered decision, supported by our IT and Cyber Security teams. Additional security requirements and internal controls have been added to our processes as part of this change. Our Security Policies & Standards are all aligned to the ISO27001 framework.

Removing the PIN also means you can now use password management software (iCloud Keychain, Chrome Autofill, etc.) which makes it easy for you to use a long, complex and unique password.
